SEA SHIPPING TERMS

We only accept products with a minimum of 6 months expiration and goods with expiration are shipped at owner’s risk.

We are not liable for countries of destination regulatory bodies or government agencies policies, inspections, seizures, tampering, or damaging of goods as we do not interact or interfere with any international government agencies. Therefore, we do not refund, replace, or compensate for such occurrences.

Please kindly note that government policies of destination countries are subject to change at any given time without prior notice even after we have accepted and shipped and as such we won’t be held liable for seizure or destruction of such commodities.

Estimated arrival of sea cargo is usually between 4weeks after departure, however we cannot ascertain or given exact timing for clearance as its solely at the discretion of the government agencies involved in the clearance of goods, However, in cases of eventualities or unforeseen circumstances, we will keep our clients updated.

Custom clearance of goods at any port are solely the job of customs as we do not interfere on how fast or slow it’s done. Therefore, any demurrage incurred after free days will be duly paid by clients.

The results of inspection of government agencies such as tampering with goods, removing anything from the boxes, or seizing of goods is strictly at owners’ risk as we will not be held liable for replacing, or refunding any part of either worth of goods or shipping fees.

Pickup of goods after notification of arrival is usually within 7 working days, however failure to pick up will incur a daily demurrage of 30 pounds( or calculated at currency of choice).

None payment of invoice after 72 hours of acknowledgement of receiving it, attracts daily charges of 1000 naira or it’s equivalence in real time, as we no longer offer payment after service but payment
before service. We also reserve the rights to refuse shipment until payment is confirmed.
